	There's more to this "simple" little mbuilding than you might think ! From the store window to the brick loading dock supports we've taken a "lighter" approach to this kit and we think it works ! The kit contains almost 30 white metal castings & measures almost 10" in length.  We themed our for a farm store but this structure could easily find it's way to the shore as a "lobster shack" ! 	This kit was inspired by Bar Mills customer Jim Oakleaf.... so we named it after him !  Here again it's important that our kits tell a story, & while we have this one set up on a loading dock it could as easily be converted for use as a pier on a waterfront scene.  This kit features our new "Weathered Gray" cedar shake shingles !  Figure you'll need an area of about 6"x9" for this one.
